Because all of our products are delivered electronically, there is no physical shipping involved.

How to Receive your Digital Product

• Digital products will be sent directly to the email address provided during checkout.

• You can also access your purchases anytime through your Backstage profile under "Guides & Itineraries."

If you do not receive your digital product within a few minutes of completing your purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot locate it, feel free to contact us at support@backstage.sh and we will assist you promptly.
